Your order is shipped from our Dhaka, Bangladesh warehouse. The order you placed is handed over to the 3rd party delivery company who does the rest of the work of having the package delivered to the address you provided.

Inside Dhaka: TK 60 (Upto 1kg)
Dhaka Suburb (Savar, Gaziur, Narayanganj): Tk 100 (Upto 1kg)
Outside Dhaka: Tk 130 (Upto 1kg)
2. Delivery charge inside Dhaka: Cash on Delivery
3. Delivery Charge for Suburb or Outside Dhaka: Advance payment by Bkash
4. Delivery time Inside Dhaka- 2-3 days. Outside Dhaka- 3 to 5 days. Outside Bangladesh- varies upon the place of delivery.

For each order placed you can only have one shipping address. For multiple shipping addresses, you need to place multiple orders.
If you do not receive the parcel as per the specifications of our product, we will resend you the parcel or refund you as per our Standard return policy. You will not have to pay if you have not received what you ordered.

It is not possible to track your order at this moment. But we can always keep you updated through our contact number if you want to know the current status of the parcel.
You can return the order in the following circumstances:
1. Product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
2. Size mismatch of product according to our size charts
3. Delivered products are not according to the order placed by the customer

It will take seven working days from the date you place a valid complaint in order to process a return. It might take longer or shorter depending on the circumstances.

The delivery charge is non-refundable as this service is conducted by a 3rd party company and they charge delivery price regardless the parcel is accepted by our customer or not. We always provide the right products as per your order. In case we provide a wrong item by mistake, we will correct it and provide you the items as per your order.

We are unable to take or confirm any order over the phone. You need to place an order for your desired product through this website. You can also place an order by messaging us on our Facebook page and Instagram page.
Please follow the following procedures to place an order:

4. Select the quantity you want to order
5. Add to cart and then view cart
6. Proceed to checkout
7. Provide your complete and accurate billing details
8. Click on “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions “ (only if you agree to the terms)

We accept cash on delivery for delivery locations all over Bangladesh. For your information, the delivery charge must be paid in advance for any delivery outside Dhaka. We also accept mobile banking payments through Bkash. Currently, Bank Card payments are not available.
You can amend your order once placed. But once the order has already been handed over for delivery, you need to return the order to the delivery person when he comes to you with the package. You need to bear the delivery charge. We will place your amended order again once we get the returned package from you. This process takes about 7-10 days.
